Puppy Purchase Process

• Puppies are placed only in loving, responsible, lifelong homes.
• A completed puppy application and phone interview are required.
• Personal references and a veterinarian reference (if applicable) are required.
• A securely fenced yard is required.
• Each application is carefully reviewed, and I reserve the right to decline any placement that is not the best fit.
• Lifetime breeder support is provided for every puppy.

Raising Our Puppies

• All puppies are raised inside my home as members of the family.
• Puppies receive daily socialization, individual attention, and exposure to normal household life.
• Puppies remain with me until they have received their second set of vaccinations and are evaluated as healthy and thriving.
• Each puppy goes home with complete health records, including vaccination and deworming documentation.

Health Guarantee & Purchase Agreement

• Every puppy is sold with a written health guarantee.
• Puppies receive age-appropriate veterinary care, vaccinations, and deworming before going to their new homes.
• All pet puppies are sold on a spay/neuter agreement unless otherwise specified in writing.
• If a buyer can no longer keep their dog, it must be returned to Amere Cocker Spaniels for safe rehoming.
• No Amere Cocker Spaniel should ever be surrendered to a shelter or rescue.
